24hr support sees business prosper
Sayed, a British businessman from Manchester set up a company providing bespoke computer systems for small companies. As his customers sometimes require telephonic support, Sayed always needs to be contactable.
The challenge
Sayed runs the business by himself, although he sometimes outsources some of the work to a cousin who lives in Pakistan.
